Re: Any Northpoint/Telocity user back up? I can not even get telocity to return emails. I have sent them numerous ones asking about time, and installs. The last two said I will cancel my service if i do not get a response. The last e-mail said please cancel my service and let me know how to send the modem back. Still nothing. I call and they said that I would not get DSL for 90-120 days. So I had to break down and get Ameritech...yuck. If that ends up not working out very well I will be reallllllly pissed. |
