Things are looking up
I started out having the same miserable latency and wierd connection issues I had experianced since Att came along and took over Excite@home, and which continued throughout my time with Comcast.
However the Bresnan crew really went to work. I have never had better customer support and service since I first hooked up to the internet.
They have fixed my connection issues which Att and Comcast either could or would (I prefer the latter)not fix. I am always within the ballpark as far as the speed issues are concerned, and my latency has been very good although a bit sporadic at times.
Hopefully since they (Bresnan) service a fairly large area we will get our own forum one day too.
