Just got off the phone with Rhythms tech support. I have not been transitioned yet!!! I am on the list and they have all the information, but they (Rhythms) have not gotten to me yet.
I have spent hours on the phone with Telocity tech support over the past week, speaking to 7 or 8 different techs, trying all sorts of things to get my line up an running. How in hell can they not know that I haven't been transitioned yet!!!!
