 | iNYC spams Megapath customers ... I'm upset about iNYC. How do they dare?! They should be busy fixing the problems of their existing users given the reports about them on DSLR instead of sending spam to customers of an ISP(Megapath) with service levels they couldn't even dream to come close to.
I have to admit that it was clumsy on Megapath' end to send e-mail regarding the Nothpoint issue with ALL of their customer e-mail addresses in the CC field instead of BCC. It was just a question of time until some shady operation ala iNYC would get its hands on the nicely prepared mailing list.
I just found this in my in-box:

Under the safeguard program, INYC will quickly and efficiently reestablish SDSL service to NorthPoint business customers via a CLEC-to-CLEC transfer process (you must qualify for service in the Verizon Telco region). This process reduces several of the installation intervals and allows former NorthPoint customers to altogether skip the new installation process.
