Shawnee, KS | Wow..... just wow. few questions to ask:
1. Slow speeds, lets resolve that right now. The everest network is designed at 200 houses per node. Ok... thats what, 300 houes less per node than time warner, ok, so theres more bandwidth for you to the datacenter. Then the 0C192 we have to downtown kansas city, which then goes out of the various providers, is already faster than road runners. So there, our total connection is faster and built better than roadrunner.
2. on SBC, well sbc uses a single ds5 for all of the kansas city customers. A ds5 isn't enough bandwidht for a county. SO, SBC blows.
3. Aldephia isn't even avaliable in most of the everset coverage areas.
4. Tech support.... our techs are trained monthly, and have to pass a competency test ever 3 months.
