Failed, DSL install... Modem returned(Oct 2002). Many, many promises of full credit made.
Each call conversation, Operator ID/time/date logged.

Yet, six months later Directv turns over phantom $110 debt to a Collection agency..

After several calls climbing the ladder.. They agree it's a zero the balance..
Yet.. These idiots still won't send a statement to that fact.

Same thing is also happening to all disputed CC charges which they lost.
They just reproccess a new charge several months later as new service. Grrr.....

We cancelled and all, but they still continued to bill us. This was around September-December, 2000, back when it was Telocity. "Riddle & Associates" sent me a letter. They want $217.07 from me, about HALF OF WHICH IS ATTORNEY COSTS. This is totally their fault... What do you think about this? I'll post a picture of the document tomorrow when I get the stamina to plug back in my card reader.....
