| Migrated, Finally SDSL in Boston 10 days after phoenix died, I'm online with telocity SDSL. I probably made 50 calls to them and Rhythms in the last 2 months. From the initial "Not in the database" to "bad credit card number" to "not in the migration spreadsheet to installing my Telocity Gateway. Then Rhythms said my 'build' was all wrong. 2 hours on the phone one night with Jared of Rhythms Level 2 fixed that - got the solid amber status light. Then modem would not download config - 75% packet loss. Alex in Telocity sent me a new modem overnight - it worked. Moral of the story, be persistent, don't take BS. |
