I am having this problem too. and it is pissing me off that linksys has done nothing about it. not even a firmware update since december. i really liked the router and everything but next time im going with a different company.

I also get this problem. It doesn't have to be BitTorrent either. Any large capacity download can knock out the modem. VERY annoying.
