 | Not always nTelos at fault Overall, I've been very pleased with nTelos. However - while waiting for a new installation request (and waiting, and waiting...) you have to remember that it's not always nTelos who's at fault for a long install request. They are dependent on Verizon to cooperate with them, and in a market like Winchester where Verizon has a competing DSL interest, do you think Verizon is going to bust their ass to get a new loop installed just to compete with what they also offer?
I have a lot of issues with Verizon. I would hesitate to always blame nTelos for a slow installation. Verizon has, in my opinion, "gotten too big for their britches". It's really too bad there's no serious competition for them to keep them honest. |
