You obviously don't know the meaning of the dead horse picture. This is the first time a topic of this nature has come up on the front news page. The dead horse pic is used to show a topic that has been discussed numerous times. Of course, you know that though. That is why you asked where it was. Ok, here you go. 
It isn't just Comcast though. Every ISP has some shady fine print. I don't think it is right personally. They should do away with all the cloak and dagger legaliese and just come out with a straight shooting policy in words that don't dance around the issue. Then you won't have people asking "will they or won't they?"
Oh wait! I am agreeing with the majority! I better not do that. After all, I am looking to constantly start a arguement and be the devils advocate! *GASP*

You can stop trolling anytime Jakcrow. If you followed my posts like you said you do, then you would notice I don't use that picture in threads I JUST don't agree with. Look at this thread for instance. I used it here and I agree with it.
