Australia | Contacting Bigpond You can contact Telstra Bigpond Advanced by dialing 1800 060 391 assuming that you are from Australia.
They put you through to a message box where you are presented with options. e.g "Bigpond Advanced Cable support, Bigpond Advanced ADSL support" etc. Only after going through or holding on the line for a few minutes will you be able to talk to an operator or help desk personnel. Which I think is a terrific system. =)
