I know but it causes the system to LAG bad and when I shutdown with it blocked the XP system doen't want to close right I need to force it to shutdown.
I want to know more less what is wrong why is it making these Calls?

reply to Sarick Ok thanks. I'd like to shut off Explorer from access. Seems that something hijacked it or something.
Then again when it loads it's active ports reports it as either unknown program or svchost. networking is working would be nice to see where its attemptinf to connect to.
