 | Stay Away from PSN! The NorthPoint install tech was friendly and helpful. He had me up and running within 20 minutes, 6-weeks after I first signed up. Everything was great for two weeks.
Then my connection went down, and my IDSL modem couldn't sync after that. For more than two months, my modem has been unable to sync.
I have tried contacting PSN by email and by phone, but nobody has returned my emails, and I don't think anyone ever answers the phone. I just wait on hold indefinitely whether I call support, sales or the business number.
I finally got my rebate from NorthPoint, so I have sent a note to NorthPoint explaining the situation with PSN. If they can't remedy the situation, I'll cancel them through my credit card.
Bottom line... PSN has a great price and a quick install, but it's not worth the nightmare. | | |
