 | They probably could manage a buy-out too. The RIAA will never be able to be beaten in a court of law, atleast within the next few years. They may have been turned down before, aka the denial of being able to sue Sharman Networks, but with their infinitely-deep pockets they'll continue until they win or the other party can't afford it any more. As has been said before, the only way the RIAA will die is if a company with comparable finances step toe-to-toe with them in court. |
