Who is still waiting?

It feels like I am the only one waiting to be migrated to teloshitty. I call their migrate dept everyday and they give me the same BS--" we can't give you an exact date" How many years is this supposed to take?!

Anon

Be glad they are acknowledging you at all. I'm in the battle of them telling me that I'm not in their database. Now the migration phone numbers are down.......I've been on the phone to them constantly for the past 3 weeks........

I finally got transitioned on Friday after being down since April 2. After many calls to Telocity TS, I finally called Rhythms TS. They told me what was wrong (missing or incorrect configuration in an ATM switch; I'm pretty sure it was Rhythm's screwup, BTW) but that they could not help me based on my request - the request needed to come from Telocity. After another week of calling Telocity TS, this time telling them EXACTLY what to do (despite this every tech seemed to want to run me through the basic troubleshooting routine), I finally got hold of a supervisor who bumped my request up to 2nd level TS. Three days later I was back up and running.

I'm sure that it took less than 5 minutes to fix the problem once somebody decided to work on it.

Obviously I'm not thrilled with Telocity TS, but I have no other options where I live.
