They can throttle you at 3mg as easily as 1mg. I see the commercials, and at no time do I get real time imaging, like that basketball playback on their tv commercials. Throttling means the computer automatically changes your speed when it or the loop exceeds a certain amount of data. Cable is cheaper, but in some ways just as crappy as DSL.

The assumption is that they're "testing the waters" with this and if they decide to go forward with it, YOU CAN BE SURE IT WILL BE NATIONWIDE.
