RIPOFF, RIPOFF, RIPOFF!!!!! It seems as the internet gets faster, more caps are being placed. If they want to place caps then just give me back dial-up. If the evil RIAA is influencing the ISP's to place caps, then the RIAA needs to be sued.
Of course! They are making things faster so they can handle more customers, not supply the customers with faster service! We went thru the same nonsense with dial up a few years back. 28.8k to 56k modem upgrades concided with national sign up campaigns!
