I saw the President give a speech about this about a year ago. He was standing in front of a backdrop festooned with the words "Corporate Responsibility", and he spoke for almost half an hour.

What's gone is gone. A fool would continue believe their BS because they have their heads so buried so deep in their books that even a good guy like me, who's trying to do them a favor still don't do anyone any good. If you happen to be caught you will probably not do any time, and if you do go to prison, it will be a "white collar crime" and time will be served in a "country club" prison.

If the punishment would fit the crime then maybe business people would think twice and chose not to do that.
