Actually, if you read the articles you are wrong. Yes dial up users are leaving for broadband but they are coming back to AOL on BYOA for the rich broadband content and p2p (for those who are in the know) for the very easy,somewhat safer, and extremely good filesharing community.
You can get BYOA for a measly 9 bucks a month which MANY are doing.

They are bleeding subscribers to OTHER providers...there is nothing in the article that refutes that fact.
