Having only one is not broadband availability, it is broadband monopoly.

I think they should make it over 2/3 of a zip code wired to call it available. At the least.

| reply to Camelot One You are too kind. I think you should have to meet all of these criteria to declare broadband "available":
- 100% of the homes
- have service at better than a standard speed (let's say 512Kbps in each direction)
- and pay less than a standard price (let's say $100 a month).
