 | Above & Beyond Back with Hiwaay after two years. This time on dsl.
I'm at the edge of the envelope for distance from the CO. They are doing everything they can to keep it running smooth.
Local customer support 'til 9PM, they get Bellsouth on line issues immediately, truthful about equipment failures, and they do not consider everything the customer's fault.
Having a bit of a problem with my Broadmax modem as of late for two reasons. #1, the distance and #2 they discovered faulty AC adapters in a good many of these modems. They are giving me a Zoom modem on a one to one swap. No charge.
If you want broadband, are within the distance for DSL, go with Hiwaay. You won't be disappointed!
Just be sure to filter your 900MHz phones (or geta 2.4GHz and eliminate the 900 all together like I did). |
