Right now all of Niagara does, but only have of the region managed to stay online. I've posted it a few times before, but what happened was a tech at Sir Adam Beck Generating Station in Niagara Falls saw the cascade failure ocurring and managed to pull Niagara Falls and portions of other cities (about a quarter of St. Catharines, half of Welland, most of Fort Erie and Niagara-on-the-Lake) off the main North American grid and instead act as a little 'Power Island' while everywhere else went dark. The American side of the Niagara River remained dark while everything from St. Catharines westward was dark too. -- Snickerdo - Anarchy and Chaos in the Niagara Peninsula since 1983!
