Opposite. It came up from somewhere in the USA, where has yet to be figured out. Probably a faulty relay like what happened in Canada in '65. A tech at the Beck Generator in Niagara Falls saw the cascade failure as it moved up through the USA and managed to pull Niagara Falls and half of the Niagara Peninsula (around 200,000 people) off the grid and keep power flowing while 30 million people around us were in the dark. -- Snickerdo - Anarchy and Chaos in the Niagara Peninsula since 1983!
