The whole thing went a bit further west than Detroit.
I saw flickers and about a 10 second outage here just east of Lansing, Lansing itself has been out for a while, and I hear Kalamazoo is still out too (though they may be up by now).
I'd be surprised if Indiana got away totally unscathed as well.
