Not taking any sides here - my choice of software is on the record. My point may in fact be a mute one. But who programs these machines to do what they do? Humans. So the chance for error is there no matter what method you use in my opinion. Now the question is which method provides the best results. Looks like it's time for an independent researcher with no agenda or bad blood to come in and analyze exactly that.
