Re: Thermalright SLK/SK mod

Any updates on this? I am receiving my heatsink really soon and would like to maximize performance for a semi-low output fan.

Would this be possible to be done on a Thermalright SLK-800 A? My lips are not like that, so I'm not so sure i could.

I'd imagine it would work for all SLK/SK family units.

I can't say for sure since I only have the SK-7

try it and see. its probably possible, but even if it isnt, you can just bend them back into place

I'm thinking it *physically* is possible, but as far as for it to still be able to hold onto the fan afterwards... that's where I'd have the problem.
