As a former DSL Designs Sysadmin, I can say that South Valley Internet is a good company with a solid management. Their engineers know their stuff, and their reps are very friendly. They are a great alternative to the monkey phone companies.
Again, this company seems to have their act together (unlike DSL Designs, which was mismanaged).
