They sent FedEx to my house to pick up theirs. It was postage paid. My assumption was that it was suppose to be an exchange for the upgraded modem, however, since they were closing they never bothered to ship the new one out, but did follow through on the pickup of the old one. Your guess is as good as mine.

Not exactly...I work for a small ISP and I was able to hack around with it and make it work for my DSL connection back to here...messy...but worked...

Using some instructions for faking there system, we were able to reproduce its native environment and get it to download the configuration that we wanted it to use. We just had to "fake" some IP addresses that it contacts...made it work and was able to surf with it...

Mine is now an attractive high tech desk clock I took out the guts except for the LEDs, inserted clock guts and a watch battery and pot setup to make the LEDs blink.
