Am I stuck this slow forever?

Apparently I'm on the ASI ramp up plan with my ISP. I ordered 128/15000 but have been stuck on 128/192 for almost 4 days. What are the chances I'm going to get bumped and any way I can yell at people to get it done? (btw I've only lost sync once in ~4 days which was when I kicked the power cord out by accident)

edit: I'm also pinging 70ish to my gateway, any chance that will impove? I used the same ISP at my old place which was only a mile or 2 away and pinged 25 consistantly.

The "rampup" speed usually occurs relatively quickly. But, can take up to 10 days.

Depending upon your line, it may or may not any faster. Have you called ASI about it yet?

Yeah, I called ASI they gave me the run around like everyone else. Its getting rather annoying that everything is control by someone different, and when you ask for help no one wants to claim responsibilty.

What did they say about the speed? Did they say anything about the speed process? Are you sure you spoke with an ASI tech and not an ISP tech. There is a difference. Your ISP cannot change the speed, but an ASI tech can. Different companies.
