Anon | I just had the exact same experience with FlashCom/NorthPoint---except it took 7 weeks, and we had to ask for weekly updates... they had canceled the order during the fifth week and took two more weeks to tell us!
I just called CoVad and placed my order through Capunet... I hope I have better luck. |

I ordered 768/384 based on their estimate of the distance to the CO, which turned out to be WRONG! Actual distance would only allow 384/128. Major bummer. They, whoever it was, said 9857'. Actual distance 15200', an error of 54.2%. |
