Re: Disgusting Much of the regulatory change that the ilecs have fought for and received(changes which have allowed them enormous additional profit) were predicated on the promise of building out advanced infrastructure and services, so yes, they do "owe this" and it is time for the government to demand that these companies follow through on their end of the bargain. If they won't the government should start focusing on a more punitive response instead of trying to create more failed incentives. |
