anon : I just moved into a new apartment and I do not have any phone or cable service and I want high speed internet. Do I have to get a phone line or cable before I can get high speed internet, or are there any full packages. Im trying to find something at or below 60$ a month(for entire package). Ive checked out speed factory and I dont know if the 50$ a month quote is the price tacked on to whatever phone service fee I would have to pay or what.
Can anyone help me out, thanks.
-Mike
