whatever you do... do NOT get service from megapth

overall, my experience with megapath has been mediocre at best. we purchased 3 T1's from them to add our existing vpn to three new stores. the install was a nightmare, as others have stated... promised support for cisco, only to find out after the fact, that there was none... then topped off with given incorrect setup info... it stretched what should have been a few hour process into several weeks, and wound up costing us a LOT of money.

so things finally get installed and up and running. here i am approx 3 months later, and the line is dead. unfortunately, there is no commercial service, so i get to sit on hold for a little over 1.5 hours before actually speaking to someone in tech support. ONE AND A HALF HOURS!!! FOR A BUSINESS CRITICAL LINE!!! and today, i call back for the same thing, only to be sat on hold for right at 2 HOURS!!!

their prices may be good, but if you are looking for a business critical line, look elsewhere. they are not worth the hassle. you truly get what you pay for with them.

I agree.
For a business critical line you can not use them.
For cheap bandwidth you can get a cheap DSL for them.
But the T1 we had with them stunk!
