The user claims we drilled a hole in his roof which is not how we perform our installations. The user gives no means of identifying who he or she is. The user name wifigye would indicate this person has some wifi knowledge and might be a competitor not happy with us competing with them. A final note to this post: not 1 speed test has been recorded by this alleged user on the dslreports.com website. This posting is false and slanderous.
