Make sure it is installed. if it is try uninstilling, reboot and reinstall. It is in Add/Remove programs, Windows setup, communications. It worked for me!

anon : Hello.

I'm having the same problem:

Everything when just as per the instructions and I got a message similar to 'no response'
Instead of thinking this could be due to t-online not switching the service on yet I thought it could be due to
my laptop using a 3com combi card . So i decided to reinstall with the 3com patches
First though I unistalled your ppp over ethernet driver and deleted the DDL file from the sys32 dir
However, now when I try and create a dial-up connection after the re-installation (i.e. start->run->raspppoe)
I get the message box 'NO DIAL UP SERVICES FOUND' 'Could not find any dial-up devices exposed by the PPP over ethernet protocol'

I get this message again and again. I have removed the driver and resinstalled it without the 3com patch but still the same message.
I have also noted the 'known issues' section which describes problems with unbinding and removing the ppp protocol and have tried the
the workarounds but with no luck PLEASE HELP.
