I have IM'ed one of the OOL folks that comes to this board often and asked him to look at this thread. Hopefully he'll see something he can comment on.

I can't. I only get to opti33-134.nassau.cv - one hop less than you got on your test.

Viso, you asked for a ping and tracert. I did a remote search on Yahoo once and found a few web pages that will do that for you. I'll run it here on your address just in case you haven't tried that already.

Viso, please make sure that you are not using your employers VPN software when attempting to use ICMP commands as they might be the source of the ICMP blockage. Many large companies and ISPs were forced to do this in order to control the spread of recent worm viruses -- many of those blocks are still in place. Turning off ICMP and blocking certain ports.. like 135 I believe were done based on advice from Microsoft and/or anti-virus software companies like Symantec.

In the end, it might be an issue with your ISP gateway as was indicated by a follow on post that I missed -- so mine is just a suggestion of something to check -- I hope all works out well for you.

I am getting request timed out. I get as far as 167.206.33.134

I get a timeout when trying to ping you.
