Here is a revised version (1.1). I fixed some bugs in the packet that I think were causing only my computer to connect. In this version you will also receive confirmation that the modem received the packet.
Let me know if anyone has any success.

Don't know if that is even possible. It's never been done to my knowledge and if it has no one has posted of their success or failure. Let us know what you find out.
