I e-mailed Kat and she said they would be performing the upgrade the end of this month, with transitions not until beginning of November.<br><br>My speeds have been very low also during peak times, but the test runs somewhat normal between 1am-8am.  LOL.<br><br>I'm going to hang in there and see what happens.  So far they have kept all their promises.<br><br>Marc]]></description>
