Today, ijustmadethisnameup.com goes to Verisign.
I can register ijustmadethisnameup.com for myself.
By your theory, if Verisign had to pay for ijustmadethisnameup.com, either (a) I wouldn't be able to register it - since registration is a one-owner-only thing, or (b) they'd be entitled to a refund?
