Buffalo, NY | The Final Frontier The only 'utilities' with which I have no choice are cable and water. I have no problems with forcing them to share. They impose their lines on my property (even though I don't subscribe) and have a monopoly service in this area. There is no reason they should continue to be protected 30 years on from their installation. This is long past due and it is indeed time for some competition in an essentially closed industry.
