While I don't mind a swift kick in the nuts to my local providers I don't think they should have to pay for more than what is theirs.
As far as the government, thats the root cause of the problem. The competition is there, let them invest like everybody else and compete the proper way, not with government hand holding... that will cost the taxpayer even more money. -- BBr| UT2003 Clan Server Administrator
