I don't believe you'll be seeing that, if they use Microsofts Media 9 Player as the streaming software, like they already do at their NBC/MSNBC websites, you'll see buffering for a few seconds, but then after that, great quality streaming. Media Player 9 has better streaming quality then any other player.
