want to join PUC complaint against PacBell?

susangg6 : I am preparing to file a formal complaint against PacBell (informal complaint filed last week) combined with a motion for injunctive relief requiring them to take whatever action necessary to "find" my circuit and enable my ISP (Megapath via Rhythms) to use it. I will bring the action on behalf of myself and all others similarly situated.

If your ability to get connected via your non-Pacbell ISP is being hampered by PacBell intransigence (outright refusal, slow roll, "we can't find your circuit" or other BS) and you are willing to either: (1) have your NAME on the complaint; or (2) be a witness (via a signed declaration explaining how you and your ISP have been screwed) please EMAIL ME PRIVATELY and include your email address and your telephone number (and of course your name). I am busy next week but plan to file it the following week.

The complaint will allege violations of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 and also a violation of the April 7 order that the PUC issued requiring Northpoint to re-connect the lines. (Yes, I know they were not a "party" to the injunction but they are in de facto possession of the lines and they are deliberately obstructing the PUC's intent...)

My email address is: susangg@megapathdsl.net
