Douglasville, GA | Megapath Router help\ I just had a fractional T-1 installed through a netopia router by Megapath, and was just wondering if anyone knew how to get the administrator password for the router. (I "bought" it, i should be able to "use" it) They don't understand what I want them to do with it.... and I want to fix it myself.
I am cross posting this in this forum and the Covad forum, hoping someone can know the answer.

| you call tech support and ask them to give you the login information for the router. megapath has always given me access to my router when i've asked for it. |

You should find your router login in Megpath's Customer Care website. The login to the router is usually your PW to your Megapath Account and the password is a set of numbers. |
