Also, if you are running McAfee Virusscan with the "ActiveX Controls" enabled in "Internet Filter" , there have been reports of this not allowing any "History" in IE, and also possibly affecting the ability to change the disk space for the TIF.

The KBA you mention is for win95 and asks you to start up in ms-dos mode and use smartdrv and "deltree tempor~1" to delete the folder. I tried logging on as administrator using safe mode and was able to delete everything but my Temporary Internet Files folder... When I try to do so there are several 0 byte files it wont delete...

Something is changing my Temporary Internet files cache size from 64MB to 0MB. When I try to adjust the size of the cache to any value, an error box pops up saying "Please select a value between 1 and 0 for how much disk space temporary Internet files may use." So now there seems to be no way change the cache size... Even the value of 1 or 0 return the same error. The only way I can get back my cache is to use system restore to a point prior to this happening. Could my upgrade from AOL 8.0 to 9.0 have done this? Is this a virus? Any ideas?
