Part of it. The other part of it is mismanagement. You have morons running a company that can't run it profitably or make sure the owners and his/her family (i.e. Adelphia) do not steal the funds.
So what to we do boys and girls, we raise prices three times in the last year. See all these articles talk about raising prices every year for the list nine years or so, but are friends at Adelphia has raised them three times now in the last year under the quise of these packages with this service. The funny thing is, they are not offering anything new.
