Its Not Good Quality Though

Its not CD quality, so who cares, I don't want to listen to a crappy sounding version of a song.

Well then I guess you only download 320Kbps+ or even loss-less audio from the internet, huh? I can tell the difference between 128, and even 256 from an original CD.

Nothing is a total loss. It can always serve as a bad example!

I have to admit 256k almost always satisfies my ear regarding audio quality. Only music with some really high nuances like classical or some forms of jazz do I find limitations. What is the bitrate for this thing anyway? 128k? 96k? If it's 128k then it's really no worse than what you get on Kazaa. If it's lower then yeah there's problems, but I wonder if they could be working on getting a higher level of quality. This is just the breakthrough week. Improvements could be made down the road.
