I'm thinking since my 3 month promotional period is over, I'll give Ultra a try and see at no extra cost to me. I said at the onset that I would change providers, but the grim prospect of dealing with the modem return gives me nightmares at night. Offer stands til Dec. 31st 2003 so if anyone wants in on a good deal, this is it.

For those who have upgraded before, can you confirm whether or not the transition is transparent or will there be downtime?
