They also have the highest cost of living as well.<br><br>What I fail to find in this article anything regarding the costs to provide broadband to rural areas. The states with the high population densities pretty much are already wired to provide broadband services while poor rural areas are not. It is simply not profitable to provide broadband services with the technology we have now. With the exception of satellite BB.<br><br>Maybe they can tell us something we don't already know.]]></description>
