I wouldnt consider it hacking if he had the employee account (unless the employee account was hacked). that's the same as having a key to unlock a door. but they messed up by installing the trojans and stealing customer info. if the employee accout was given to them ,then the employee should be held accountable as well -- I want to die in my sleep like my grandfather...not screaming and yelling like the passengers in his car ...
